High Protein French Toast‼️
- 1 slice whole grain bread (3gr fiber)
- beat an egg, dip and cover the entire slice in it
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon
- Butter on the pan
- Cook both sides
- Mix some Greek yogurt and honey together
- Throw in whatever berries you want
- Toss it on the bread
- Drizzle more honey
~270 cals, 20gr protein, 4gr fiber
Double it up and now you have an adult portion for 40gr of protein!
