Found this quick & easy recipe online and she loves it.
High Protein French Toast‼️
  • 1 slice whole grain bread (3gr fiber)
  • beat an egg, dip and cover the entire slice in it
  • Sprinkle ground cinnamon
  • Butter on the pan
  • Cook both sides
  • Mix some Greek yogurt and honey together
  • Throw in whatever berries you want
  • Toss it on the bread
  • Drizzle more honey
~270 cals, 20gr protein, 4gr fiber
Double it up and now you have an adult portion for 40gr of protein!
