Hello! Here to introduce myself. Right now my main goal is staying consistent. I stay on track for a week or two then I fall off then I get back on. It seems to be a never ending cycle. I try to exercise at least 3 times a week and get my steps in on non-exercise days. My last meal is a tie between sushi and korean spicy garlic fried chicken 😅
