Hi,✌ it's me the new calorie tracker with horrible sleep schedule (and sugar divorce)
I'm off apps for tracking i need to do it old school
So it's ramadan here and the kitchen is no more safe place , it's already a war zone with less authority access (mom:0% authority)
I had to make big meals, i can't just made one meal with needed calories just for me (that's was easy but not right)
So i was trying to remake our food system so it clicks with my healthy habits so no more than half spoon oil in the pot 😠 and it's going to be chicken no meat
And the Big plate salade is for me😎 everyone can have the small one🙂
Now i have a big pot with i dunno over 2000 calories
and that's just the soup 🙈 i want to have a habit of a complete meal like small amount of everything so i can maintain my nutrition and diet at the same time
So soup and plate where i add chicken and the Big plate of salad and the hall source of water🙃 and it's getting tiring bc the only exercise I'm doing is walking and it's not enough yet....
So how you guys track calories of big meals 🙂?
Oh by the way my calories deficit is 1300 🌸
