Egg White Wrap Recipe
Egg White Wraps- for one wrap:
  • 225ml egg whites
  • any seasonings you'd like. I used salt, garlic, Italian seasoning and onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  1. Beat egg whites 4-5 mins until they form still peaks
  2. gently fold in the seasonings and cornstarch
  3. prepare a flat square pan with parchment paper and spray with oil of your choice
  4. spread on pan into a square or circle depending on your preference
  5. bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes until slightly golden on top. Don't overcook otherwise it'll be more like a cracker and will be crispy and break. Once cooled fill it with your hearts desire.
