Dumping some thoughts on you guys 🤜🤛
Hey team, just wanted to drop a few thoughts on nutrition that have been on my mind:
  • eating well doesn’t mean being miserable or cutting out everything you love — that mindset usually backfires anyway
  • you don’t need to track every single calorie to make progress. Learning what a solid plate looks like goes a long way too
  • the foods you grew up with, the stuff your family makes, that’s not the problem. You can absolutely include those and still hit your goals
  • weekends don’t need to be a totally different thing from the rest of your week. Keeping things roughly consistent matters more than being perfect Monday to Friday then going off the rails
  • if nutrition feels confusing right now that’s normal. It gets simpler once you stop overcomplicating it
  • small stuff adds up. one better lunch here, a bit more protein there. that’s how it actually works long term
this is what we’re here for.
So, if you’re stuck on any of this just ask❤️💪
