Yesterday Coach Darren dropped a line that hit me right in the soul:

Nahhh—not today. That flipped a switch and I got my act together REAL quick.
Made a promise to my boss Winnie…
and yes, Winnie is my nickname on the F45 scoreboard 🏆🐻

My partner gave me that nickname because my last name is Nguyen + I LOVE to eat 😂
Somewhere along the way I was a sugar plum once upon a time… and the name stuck 💀🤣
This morning = 6am HIIT ✔️
Workout was called Joker 🃏 and it was NO. JOKE.
I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of HIIT not tired and today was definitely not the day 😂
Had to match the chaos so I rocked my Harley Quinn socks for the vibe 🧦🔥
