Day 4 of 90-Day program
Happy Monday!
Back to the grind, but with a twist! I smashed out 10k steps and spiced things up by adding 15-20 bodyweight squats every 45 minutes to keep things lively.
Breakfast was the usual comforting oatmeal with protein yoghurt and fruits. For lunch, I whipped up a delicious chicken bolognese with lentil pasta and a protein shake. The bolognese was so tasty that I was tempted to go for seconds right away, but I held back a bit. In the end, my husband happily devoured the second serving. It was simply scrumptious! 😅 I’m thrilled that he enjoys every meal I make.
I absolutely love asparagus and dragonfruits! However, this dragonfruit was the most expensive I’ve ever paid for. (My bad for not asking the price before paying too, I just paid for it and realised after. Hahaha…)🤪🤪 Considering the price I paid in Europe, I could easily buy a carton in Singapore. My husband nearly had a heart attack when I told him the price! 🤣🤣
