On my way to 20% body fat!
I am getting much better about hitting my target daily protein since joining this group, but I've realized that I don't get enough fiber in my diet so I'm going to be more mindful about that. I know I have to run errands today so I made myself this snack pack to-go with hard boiled eggs, carrots, blueberries, and pistachios. Started my day with a fairlife chocolate protein shake and an apple. ☺️
