I'm not sure why it took me this long to utilize this resource, but 5-Day Fat Loss Sprint here I go!!!
My goals are to get my body fat percentage to 20% and increase muscle. I'm going to focus on hitting my protein goal daily, staying within my target calorie range, and continuing to do strength training 3-4 times per week. I'll focus on these things for the next 12 weeks and see where I am then.
I am worthy, and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.
