2kg down!
Just wanna say… when ppl lose faith that u will follow the plan, just remember ure doing it for yourself!
And that got me 2 kg down in the last 3 weeks! By really consciously trying to be mindful of my eating volume. Next to prioritize more on my protein goals. And making more staple foods into my meals. Slowly but surely!
I may not be able to track 2-3x per week. But im somehow tracking into Fitness Pal the rest of the week.
Work continues to be stressful and im burnt out actually. But im taking more conscientious approach to take on off 1-2 days from work to totally stay away from work.
