Confidence is EVERYTHING when you’re running a training group.
If you dont believe in what you’re teaching, your players wont either.
Kids(and even adults) can feel energy instantly. If you’re unsure, hesitant, or second guessing yourself, the whole gym feels it. When you walk in with confidence, clear voice, strong presence, and purpose behind everdrill it changes everything,
Confidence does 3 big things:
- It builds trust and players buy into your system when they see you believe it.
- Its sets the standard and how you carry yourself becomes the tone of the session. High energy, focus, and discipline all start with you.
- It unlocks player confidence and your belief transfers to them. When you teach with conviction players start to believe in their game more.
You dont need to know EVERYTHING but you do need to stand on what you DO know.
