Yesterday's 1 Hour Workout
Everyone who watched all or at least some of yesterdays High level workout... Name the biggest takeaway you learned from the video. Mine would be using bumps on drives, especially with how big some of the other players are. If you don't use contact, you almost have no chance at maintaining a good driving angle.
HIGH LEVEL GROUP WORKOUT TODAY
Starting our high-level high school group today... we are going to film it and give a "behind the scenes" view for you guys. What do you want to see?
QOTD
In your opinion, what is the most used 2 man concept in basketball? Is it being overused or is it being altered by adding other layers to not make it easy to scout? In my opinion, after coaching, training, officiating, and just watching basketball, I really love the options that you can create out of the chase or get action. Examples is maxey and embiid, and cade throwing and chasing it then throwing the lob to the person who caught his pass. 👍👍👍
