Not having a consistent plan is up there, especially with our kids academy. Having specific days, whether it be a specific skill on a certain day, or touch up days/harder days throughout the week.
SAVE this elite shooting drill for your next workout! Drill: 5 spots. Make 3 in a row from all 5. Then make 2 in a row from all 5. Then make 1 in a row from all 5. If at ANY point the player misses 2 in a row, restart the whole drill. Aim to complete in under 2.5 minutes. Think you can complete?
@Christopher Palmer Dribble timing and foot control, as Danny said, sounds like a great place for her to improve! Have you checked out Handle Hustle yet?
@Paul Wackerly I agree, those who have good technique can shoot FAR! It has to do with good energy transfer. I like to have players shoot deep without jumping as well. Really forces you to transfer energy well.
