Should I delete these emails from my list?

I have an email question. I have a large number of weird signups. They always have a similar "first name" of random letters, but they often have a "real-ish" sounding email.

I've been told it could be accounts looking for vulnerabilities to hack my list and I should delete them, but that sounds a little unbelievable, so I'm trying to get other opinions.

It's over 200 of my list of 1k. Here's a sample.
