Hi to everyone

My name is Ioana Lucretia, founder of Legacy Thought Leaders LLC, mom of Adam (6 years) and Amina (4 years). I've build legacies with experts around the world for the past 13 years. Transforming their life's wisdom into their life's work, creating movements, products, businesses.

I've been the sidekick for them for so long that i have a hard time now coming out from behind the scenes and finally building my own path. I'm struggling with overthinking, overdeveloping, overanalysing, not knowing how far or how deep i should go in a video. It's quite a blue ocean and i'm afraid it will take me years to see some traction (although we are hardwired to want to "make a dent" or "leave our mark").

I've been a do'er all my life, not a teacher so i find it hard to take the work i've did, the methodology i've developed and start teaching it (i know probably it's all in my mind).

I've been on Youtube since 2012 when i posted my animation explainer videos i did while working in a TV station in Amman, Jordan. I've traveled the world, lived in Jordan, Dubai, Germany, France and currently i am back in my home country Romania.

I want to launch my Youtube channel focused on Integrated Lifestyle - Thought Leadership - Legacy Building (because when we are in harmony with who we are, how our world works and our higher purpose, we can build from gratitude and flow).

and i love your "no time for perfectionism - get it done" attitude. Plus, as you said, i'm much more attracted to learning from someone who is realistically closer to where i am than someone who doesn't quite remember the hardships at the beginning.

Thank you for creating this space - huge fan of skool (i've cofounded a community which is part of the legacy of a thought leader). 🌻
