My name is Ioana Lucretia, founder of Legacy Thought Leaders LLC, mom of Adam (6 years) and Amina (4 years). I've build legacies with experts around the world for the past 13 years. Transforming their life's wisdom into their life's work, creating movements, products, businesses. I've been the sidekick for them for so long that i have a hard time now coming out from behind the scenes and finally building my own path. I'm struggling with overthinking, overdeveloping, overanalysing, not knowing how far or how deep i should go in a video. It's quite a blue ocean and i'm afraid it will take me years to see some traction (although we are hardwired to want to "make a dent" or "leave our mark"). I've been a do'er all my life, not a teacher so i find it hard to take the work i've did, the methodology i've developed and start teaching it (i know probably it's all in my mind). I've been on Youtube since 2012 when i posted my animation explainer videos i did while working in a TV station in Amman, Jordan. I've traveled the world, lived in Jordan, Dubai, Germany, France and currently i am back in my home country Romania. I want to launch my Youtube channel focused on Integrated Lifestyle - Thought Leadership - Legacy Building (because when we are in harmony with who we are, how our world works and our higher purpose, we can build from gratitude and flow). I love your energy @Alexa Saarenoja and i love your "no time for perfectionism - get it done" attitude. Plus, as you said, i'm much more attracted to learning from someone who is realistically closer to where i am than someone who doesn't quite remember the hardships at the beginning. Hi everyone! I am having a hard time with formatting my banner image. I made it myself in canva but it keeps getting cut off in the mobile app. Is there an easy way to fix? Tyia 🥰

I had to share this. When Andy came to me at the end of February, he was pivoting his channel and was losing subscribers. He wanted a clear strategy and to stop spinning his wheels. He didn't know if he should start a new channel or continue with the old. We stuck with his old and decided to revive it, why throw away 900+ subs. The ones that didn't want to be there during the pivot were leaving anyway. He has been working HARD & STEADY these past two months and learning a ton of new skills and software programs and solidly pushing through every obstacle. 🎉💪 I just want to show that it can happen. He went from losing subs to now gaining over 30 in the last seven days on his channel!! The journey: We had our first meeting together end of February, most of March we were testing what works, improving his presentation and value for the viewer, now we have found his groove (of course still testing always), but we know his audience and what they want. Now it's just consistency and steady improvements from here on out, so we can get this man monetized!!! So so so so proud of his journey and for those of you midlife and beyond, he is 77 years old and doing a fitness channel. So cool! 🙌 Why do I think he is succeeding? He is humble, asks for help, takes the feedback, makes the changes, tries harder each time, continues to ask more questions, learns and applies what he is learning. Every meeting we have and many messages in between, he is ALWAYS asking questions, seeking, trying, and taking BOLD, BOLD, BOLD action way out of his comfort zone. Some things he was hesitant about, but still did it. So proud of you Andy!! Let's go, go, grow!!! Excited for your future. Remeber everyone celebrate your wins, you are working hard for them.
