Question on Niche selection
For people who've picked a niche and stuck with it, I want you to know from you guys...what made you commit, not just consider?
I do copy + creative strategy, working mostly with web dev agencies (client project tickets) and direct B2B clients making high-stakes decisions. Been building on that for a few months but haven't formally 'declared' it.
What I want to know: did you commit before or after you had proof it worked? And what almost made you switch that you're glad you didn't act on?
