Support Tag in Skool Chats
Why is Skool awesome?
Because it combines Community, Courses and Events - all on one platform.
What is missing?
Support Chat with the coaches.
I'm able to engage in 1:1 chats with my mentees, but as the support team expands, having access to chats tagged for support would be invaluable.
Sure, a workaround like email support (e.g., Help Scout) could be used. However, every Skool message brings my mentees back to the Skool platform, and I prefer not to alternate between email and Skool messages, as it could divert mentees away from Skool.
I've discussed this feature with the Skool team, and it's already on their backlog.
Would anyone else appreciate a feature like this?
