My Biggest Aha from Speed Networking Today
I had a huge mindset shift during today's Skool Classifieds VIP speed networking. Thank you, @Katya McEwen, for asking such thoughtful questions and thank you @Shannon Boyer for creating the safe space. As we talked, I realized something that had been quietly holding me back. I wasn't promoting my Claude Coworker Lab the way I should have been. Why? Because in my mind, it wasn't "ready." I kept thinking: "I need more content first." "I need to build it out more." "I don't want people joining before it's perfect." The funny part? People have been joining anyway through Skool Growth Boost, and instead of celebrating that, I was almost embarrassed that they were seeing it "too soon." That was my wake-up call. This isn't just another project. This is one of the income streams I want to grow. The only way it becomes what I envision is by inviting people into it as I build it. So I'm changing my mindset. No more waiting until it's "finished." I'm going to build it in public, keep making it better every week, and let members be part of the journey. Sometimes the thing holding us back isn't a lack of strategy. It's the story we're telling ourselves about being "ready." Today's conversation reminded me that progress creates confidence, not the other way around. Now... let's go! 🚀 P.S. If you're curious about Claude Coworker Lab, I'd love to have you join us. I'm building it in public, sharing the real behind-the-scenes, workflows, and AI power moves as I go. It's just $5/month for now, so it's a great time to jump in before it grows. 👉 https://www.skool.com/claude-coworker-lab-2644/about

In the comments below: Tag someone whose post or idea you loved this week and tell them why it stood out. Then, share the link to their post in the same comment so that others can find it. It's this kind of collegial support that really makes things work! Example: “@Sarah’s post about live sessions made me rethink my welcome calls — thank you!” I hope you've enjoyed participating in this challenge. Coming up in August, we'll do a challenge to help you add your "ad" to the classroom!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. Challenge Day 3: My #Feature Story 🗞️
HI 💙Your Skool Building Bestie 💙 here! Back for a little story telling sesh. I came to Skool through a trauma energetics healing certification course while finishing my very last semester as a classroom teacher. I was burntthefuckout from being a teacher and I needed some time and space to process everything that had happened over the last 7 years of a 20 year career. It was a LOT. And I was going through "the change". There was so much change happening in my life all at once. Like my whole life fell apart. When I got to Skool and met all the people I met first, it was like a breath of fresh air. Like I found MY PEOPLE. Entrepreneurs... neurosparkly and neurospicy. I built my very first community in June 2024. I started working with an owner in August 2024 and then another and then another... I've started and pivoted so many different community ideas since I got here because I'm not a one facet girl. I'm multi-dimensional and multi-passionate creative. But this last one.... this last one has stuck. I just didn't want a group that was a group about building groups. But what I am an expert in after 20 years is community building. Like not just the word community but actual spaces where deep friendships are formed and humans feel seen, heard and known. That was actually what drove my physical classrooms. Safe spaces. And what I also realized from my life seemingly falling apart... was that I got to choose what pieces were actually worth picking back up and putting into a new mosaic. Skool has been a safe space to do this. Your Skool Building Bestie helps you build safe, connected spaces too. For setup help... not just buttons to push or toggles to switch... the reasons WHY you want to do those things. The structure that builds those safe spaces, JOIN HERE.
Challenge Day 3: My #Feature Story 🗞️
I've been thinking about how much has changed
over the past few months. Does anyone else remember the early days of creating images with ChatGPT? I remember experimenting, trying all kinds of prompts, and hoping the image in my head would magically appear on the screen. 😄 Fast forward to today, and it's amazing how far ChatGPT Images has come. The quality, the accuracy, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and even generating readable text are all dramatically better than they were at the beginning of the year. But I think something else has changed too. We've become better at communicating with it. When I first started, I'd write a short prompt and hope for the best. If it wasn't what I imagined, I'd often be disappointed. Now I think about it differently. If I were hiring a designer, I wouldn't just say, "Make me a Pinterest pin," and expect them to know exactly what I was picturing. I'd explain who it's for, the style I want, the colors, the message, and the overall feeling I'm trying to create. ChatGPT works much the same way. Short prompts are still fun, and sometimes they create something surprisingly brilliant. Other times, they're wonderfully unexpected. 😊 But when I'm creating images for my business, I've found that taking an extra minute to describe what I actually want almost always leads to a much better result. For me, the biggest change this year hasn't just been how much ChatGPT Images has improved. It's been learning how to work with it instead of expecting it to read my mind.🤔 What's one thing you've learned about creating images with ChatGPT that has made the biggest difference for you?
