Challenge Day 5: The #Connections Section 🗞️
Think of someone in your life who is in need of help, community, knowledge, or support. What kind of Skool group would help them? Then either search the Communities tab to find something you can recommend to them, or write a post asking if there is anyone who is offering a community that could help. Let’s start reaching outside of our own immediate worlds to start connecting those we know and love with amazing Skool communities that could bring richness to their lives. Comment below to share any connections that you are able to make! And don’t forget to join us on Tuesday for our meet and greet, the PERSONALS, where you get to talk all about your community and who you help as well as learn more about others.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS. Each Day Upon Awakening, We Decide What Kind of Day it Will Be
Isn't this a beautiful thing? No one has the power over us to dictate whether our day will be good or bad, unless we decide to turn over our power to someone else. It is just as easy to decide I am going to have a magnificent day as it is to decide I will let someone else determine what kind of day I will have. So why not decide to have a wonderful day and attract wonderful things into your experience? And when those experiences appear? Notice them and be thankful. That is a sure-fire way to get even more of them ❤️ https://www.skool.com/law-of-attraction-in-action/about

How Do I Make the Customer Experience Journey Stick After the Sale?
Most brands try to solve that nagging question with another email, another "nurture" sequence, or another reminder to book, buy, renew, review, refer, or come back. Some of that matters. But after the sale, your customer is not sitting around waiting for your next email. They're back inside their actual life, with actual work, clients, deadlines, and everything else pulling at their attention. If your buisness only lives in their inbox, you're competing with everything else in there. A customer experience journey that actually sticks usually has a better post-sale touchpoint. Something useful, something specific, something tied to the exact reason they bought from you in the first place. For one business, that might be a customer education tool that helps people use the product better. For another, it might be a touchpoint that let's them know you care about them beyond the sale. This could be any moment you choose along their journey. The thing is: the product is not the starting point. The moment in the customer experience journey is. Before you ask what to send, ask this: where does my customer need support after the sale, and what would make my brand useful in that exact moment? That is where a customer experience journey actually starts to stick. If you're working through this right now, bring it inside Get Your Merch Made, my free community for creating the thing that makes your client feel seen. You've got clients. I've got ideas.
