How can branded merch help with customer retention?
If you're a business owner or entrepreneur getting people in the door but struggling to keep them connected or coming back, start here. Retention is not just about the first sale. It is about what happens after. Branded merch -- when done right can support customer retention when it gives people a useful reason to remember, return, re-engage, renew, or stay connected. - A client gift can mark a milestone. - A member product can make belonging feel more real. - A welcome product can help someone use what they just bought. - A referral gift can keep the relationship active. Why? Because a branded product supports the customer experience when it fits the moment after the transaction. Most businesses invest heavily in getting clients in the door. Almost none of them invest in what keeps them there. So before choosing a product, ask: What moment in your customer relationship is currently getting no attention after the sale closes? That is your retention opportunity. And that is where branded merch, client gifts, member products, and tangible brand products can do real work. Grow Faster With Live Events is Happening TODAY!!!!
Our own @Des Dreckett is hosting a Special Edition Masterclass here in a few hours, and you won't want to miss it! Find out what it's all about here: Most Skool community owners are posting consistently, showing up daily, and still wondering why growth feels slow. The missing piece is usually events. Live events do something regular posts can't. They let people experience you in real time. That builds trust faster than any amount of content, and trust is what converts a passive member into a paying one. In this session we'll cover why holding your own events inside your community accelerates conversion, how to get booked as a guest in other Skool communities and use those sessions to drive qualified new members back to your own, and what a simple monthly events rhythm looks like when you're running a community alongside everything else in your life. You don't need a big following. You don't need a polished setup. You need a clear outcome for your session and the willingness to show up live. This is for Skool community owners at any stage who want a practical growth lever they can start using this month.

How can I use client gifts to increase referrals?
If you’re a business owner or founder with happy clients but inconsistent referrals, start here: Satisfied clients don't always remember to talk about your business at the right moment. Client gifts can help when they are used as relationship touchpoints, not bribes or random thank-you items. They keep the relationship active after delivery, so your client remembers you when a referral conversation shows up. That's how to use client gifts for referrals: Choose the referral moment BEFORE you choose the gift. - A project wrap-up. - A client milestone. - A renewal. - A celebration. - A transformation. - A result they are proud of. Those are the moments when branded gifts can support customer loyalty, customer retention, and referral strategy. The best branded gifts that increase referrals are not about being expensive. They are useful, relevant, and easy to connect back to your business. If you are looking for client gift ideas for customer retention, start with this question: What moment would make a happy client more likely to remember, talk about, or refer my business? That question matters more than the product. Want help thinking this through before you spend money? Join my free community CREATE KICKASS MERCH for strategic ideas on how to build your brand and how to actually make the products. (No hassle... I do all the sourcing, production, and delivery!)

I need to make a change...
Well, you can't tell it from my recent behaviour, but I really try hard not to change meetings days/times. Unfortunately, I've just found out that I won't be able to take my daughter to daycare on Monday, and at 4 years old, she is far from independent, so I'm going to have to change the time for our Personals meeting next week. My sincere apologies, but the meeting will now be on Wednesday the 24th at the same time. I hope you can make it!

How do I make my brand stand out when everyone looks the same?
If you're a business owner watching your industry get flattened — same content, same messaging, same AI-generated everything in every feed and inbox — the problem isn't your marketing. It's the medium. Digital marketing is infinitely copyable. Your competitor can use the same tool, the same prompt, and produce the same post in the same minute you do. BUT -- a physical product can't be copied by an algorithm. Nobody else sends exactly what you send, to exactly who you send it to, at exactly that moment. That's where strategic branded merch creates differentiation digital marketing simply can't replicate. What does your brand leave behind when someone closes the tab? Then ask yourself: What's the ONE product you wish existed for your clients that nobody makes yet? That's exactly the conversation inside my free community for how to Create Kickass Merch — 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙄 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚.
