Premium and VIP Members - Two Events Happening TODAY!
The PERSONALs is happening tomorrow (check calendar for times). This is our Breakout to Breakthrough meeting, which means it's more conversational than last time. If numbers warrant it, we will have discussions in breakout groups. We'll start with a roundtable to discuss the topic, "What people misunderstand about your community." Then we'll move onto the topic, "What is working for you to get attention right now." Later in the day, our VIP Collaboration Action Group will meet for the first time to meet "in-person" and kick off an exciting year of collaboration with a bang! Hope to see you there!

The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... āļø šŸ—žļø In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. 🌟 šŸ—žļø Now for the additional benefits for Premium members ($3/month or $33/year) 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. šŸ“° You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. šŸ“† The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. šŸ’µ In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on January 6th with doors opening for registration January 2nd. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! šŸ˜‰ This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

The DM Problem
The biggest lie in community building: ā€œJust DM everyone.ā€ That works… Until you have 100+ members. Then 500. Then 1,000. Now you’re drowning. The goal isn’t more conversations. The goal is structured conversations. There’s a way to: • Trigger DMs automatically • Segment leads instantly • Route conversations properly • Follow up without remembering anything If your DMs feel chaotic, you don’t need motivation. You need a system. Join Cruise Control here to install this system
Before You Create Another Offer, Read This
When you create a new offer, do you start with the idea… or the client journey? A course here. A workshop there. Maybe a membership. Maybe some 1:1. Individually, they might all be good. But together? They don’t connect. When your offers don’t connect to the customer journey, selling feels harder than it should. Every time you promote something, you’re starting from scratch. There’s no natural next step, so you end up convincing instead of guiding. Your audience has to figure out if it’s for them, if it’s too advanced, where they should start, and what happens after. Most people won’t do that mental work. If it’s confusing, they leave. And even if they buy once, they often disappear because you didn’t show them what comes next. That’s where revenue gaps come from. That’s why building an offer stack matters. An offer stack isn’t just more offers. It’s a structured journey. It’s a set of solutions designed to meet people in the order they actually experience problems. People don’t wake up ready for your highest level offer. They move through stages. Awareness ā€œI think something isn’t working.ā€ Clarity ā€œWhat exactly is the problem?ā€ Initial Action ā€œLet me try something small.ā€ Commitment ā€œI’m ready for a real solution.ā€ Refinement and Growth ā€œI want better results, faster.ā€ If your offers match these stages, selling gets lighter because the next step feels obvious. If they don’t, you’ll be offering commitment to someone who still needs clarity, or beginner help to someone who’s ready to grow. Offer stacking isn’t about building more. It’s about building in order. It starts with the client journey, not your ideas, not your pricing, and not what sounds exciting. If you don’t know what stage your ideal client is in, every offer will feel harder to sell because you’re speaking out of sequence. And sequence matters. If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually structure your offers to support repeatable launches, come join us inside Offers To Launch and learn about offer stacking with the Offer Stacking 101 course. It’s one of many interactive courses in the classroom designed to help you think through this step-by-step.
