Here’s what the scale doesn’t tell you:
• How much muscle you’ve built
• How your clothes are fitting
• How your energy has improved
• How much better you’re sleeping
• How your relationship with food has changed
• How much stronger you’ve become
Water retention, hormonal shifts, salt intake, time of day – all of these can swing the number by 2-5 pounds on any given day. That number is not a verdict on your progress. That number does not define you!
