I was juggling Kajabi, Notion, Zapier, ClickFunnels, Facebook groups, random AI tools, and Skool.

It worked on paper, but it felt like running twelve mini businesses at once.

My notifications were at 99+, my brain was fried, and it was starting to affect school, family, and health.

So I decided to treat it like a systems problem instead of a willpower problem.

I shut off most of the tools and built one Skool-centered operating system with:

• Skoot as the CRM brain

• Automations for admin and follow-up

• AI clones to handle repetitive content and support

• A simple money frame so revenue actually went somewhere

That system is what became the Skoolyard VIP Control Room.

For Black Friday I am opening it to a small group at a price far lower than what clients have paid to have pieces of this built.
