Quick backstory so you know where this comes from.
Hour 2 I was juggling Kajabi, Notion, Zapier, ClickFunnels, Facebook groups, random AI tools, and Skool. It worked on paper, but it felt like running twelve mini businesses at once. My notifications were at 99+, my brain was fried, and it was starting to affect school, family, and health. So I decided to treat it like a systems problem instead of a willpower problem. I shut off most of the tools and built one Skool-centered operating system with: • Skoot as the CRM brain • Automations for admin and follow-up • AI clones to handle repetitive content and support • A simple money frame so revenue actually went somewhere That system is what became the Skoolyard VIP Control Room. For Black Friday I am opening it to a small group at a price far lower than what clients have paid to have pieces of this built. Comment “WEEKEND” if you want the story and the bundle breakdown.

#Breaking News - You Can't Get Referrals If Your Students Are Confused
When a new student opens your course, what’s the very first thing they notice? Surprisingly, it’s not your content, it's clarity. Whether they realize it or not, they’re scanning for structure: - What am I going to learn? - What will I be able to do by the end? - Is this going to help me or waste my time? And if your course doesn’t answer those questions up front, their motivation starts to dip before they even hit “play.” Why it matters: Courses with clear, measurable learning objectives do three things better than most: 1. Keep students engaged because they know what they’re working toward.  2. Reduce overwhelm because there’s a roadmap, not a maze.  3. Drive referrals because confident, successful students share. If you want your course to sell itself, your students need to feel the progress, and that starts with knowing exactly what they’re learning and why it matters. What to do next: Take 10 minutes today to review your course. Could a brand-new student open a module and say, “I know exactly what I’ll be able to do after this”? If not, that’s your opportunity. You don’t need to overhaul your course. Just start by making your objectives visible, simple, and action-based. (Bonus: this also helps with testimonials later.) Would This Be of Value to You???
The very first day I had the idea for this community, I thought that I would make it possible for people to purchase a pinned post. Then, I started running the community and became a pin hog and felt like I couldn't give up the premium real estate. I wanted everyone who was new to see the Start Here post, and I wanted everyone in the community to see important notifications and hashtag days. But more and more people have been asking for the ability to get their posts pinned to the top for a certain length of time.
