On Saturdays - We Bake

We've been updating our classrooms and introducing new weekly Labs. This week we are wrapping up the Curious Kitchen with the Mix, Bubble, and Bake theme. We end on a high note of creating Flat Bread. The lead up including creating ooblek (slime), a balloon powered by vinegar and baking soda, and a fun experiment with yeast.

Next week, not only do we have a guitar lesson we're also moving into the Play Lab and honing our powers of observation.
