I got most of my first members from here. In this post I tell you how.

Roast & Promote is a space that I created to help you figure out the flaws in your community and business, by letting it be [respectfully] roasted by our members. You can than apply those corrections and resubmit your community to be reroasted untill you can go to the next level.

And you will get a decent ammount of attention on your posts. Because I'll not only commit to answer every post with usefull feedback but also tag people who can also do it in a very helpful way.

And people will engage, because whoever gives the best roast of the week will have their post pined at the top for a whole week.

It's not just about posting your links, it's about getting real feedback. Giving and receiving. Growing together.
