I'm at a loss and need some guidance, so any help is much appreciated. I've been taking reta for weeks now along with healthy lifestyle improvements and I haven't had much success at all. I keep reading all these posts people have made saying how amazing it's been for them, so I'm not sure what's wrong with me. My appetite has pretty much stayed the same, my cravings haven't quieted down all that much, and with the exception of 1-2 pounds, I haven't seen any significant improvement in body recomp. Is it possible that peptides just don't work for some people? Is it possible to be so broken and so far gone that reta just doesn't do anything? Does anyone else feel the same way or am I the only one? It sucks to put time, effort, energy, and money into efforts to improve health, and you feel like you're just spinning your wheels. I apologize for the "pity party" rant but I'm at my wits end and just don't know what to do.
