Injury
I was doing dips i did all the warmup sets and i was fine ,but when i did my main set, first 2 reps were fine but on the 3rd i felt sharp pain in my left shoulder tendon connected to the chest . I did not complete the workout
Now i am resting .how long should i rest ? And is it dangerious if i workout ? Maybe i have higher chance of tearing the tendon ?
