Press to handstand
Can someone teach me how to do a bent arm press to handstand ? I can do 40kg x 9 dips I have enough strength right ?
Pullups
I got 20kg x 8reps on pullups .It was one of my goals. Now goal is 40kgs by the end of the year. WISH ME LUCK !

Increased pushups
I just did 10 pushups with a second or two breaks to take breath and they were in proper form and slow reps

Injury
I was doing dips i did all the warmup sets and i was fine ,but when i did my main set, first 2 reps were fine but on the 3rd i felt sharp pain in my left shoulder tendon connected to the chest . I did not complete the workout Now i am resting .how long should i rest ? And is it dangerious if i workout ? Maybe i have higher chance of tearing the tendon ?
