planche programming
For someone prioritizing planche, what would an actual week of training look like in your experience? Mainly interested in how you'd structure the planche work across the week, frequency, hard vs submaximal days, approximate sets/volume, and where you'd put full planche specific work like banded holds/attempts. An example week would be really helpful.

@Lucas Torres I tried his way of training but in planche I can only do holds and Lsits my tuck planche push ups and presses are too weak but I can do combos in front lever after the session I had soreness in my back for 2 days

@Nathan Shortland it's very simple in starting few months just focus on basics push ups and pull ups when push ups becomes easy do pike pike push when you get good at bodyweight do weighted pull up and U can also progress to elevated pike push, CTW HSPU, BTW HSPU To unlock pull ups you just get stronger at inverted rows and do banded pull ups And for push ups Wall-->incline -->knee-->regular push ups Later u can start training skills if your base is very strong you can start from advanced tuck planche or advanced tuck front lever so make your base strong

What is wrong with me?
Guys like it sounds a bit weird but I feel like I am in a plateau for so long now... Yeah my OAH is getting thanks God better and the HSPUs were getting better too but I feel like something is wrong. I wanted to achieve 10 HSPUs till september but I do like 4 or 5 Reps and my PR was in the middle of July with some balance loses 7 reps. I have like hard sessions where I do like AMRAP Hspus and basic pull ups with weight or without but for example the 90 degree hold I hope it will get better too. I understand if you think that this post is unnecessary but it is really a mental struggle when you dont know what is wrong and what you need to fix to see a big progress wave. Another example is the front lever I thought that I will learn the adv tucked in a month I started seriously on like 20 June and yesterday I did a I would say adv tucked front lever for 4 secs what is like a huge pr because when I attemt the adv tucked I just jump in and hope to hold it. If you have like tips or any advice I would appreciate everything thanks for everyone who reads it and I wish you the best🙏🏼

Bro if u want to increase HSPU number then you should train balance and quite high reps of elevated pike push ups or CTW or BTW HSPU
