@Atul V.k hahahaha lol thanks
planche programming
For someone prioritizing planche, what would an actual week of training look like in your experience? Mainly interested in how you'd structure the planche work across the week, frequency, hard vs submaximal days, approximate sets/volume, and where you'd put full planche specific work like banded holds/attempts. An example week would be really helpful.

@Allan Tse I dont change the progression actually unless I get a 15+ sec hold of a progression either unbanded or banded e.g. in this moment I'm just trying to increase my tuck planche so right now just do usually 1 or 2 sets unbanded, 2 sets green band then 2 sets blue band which is heavier. In front lever I'm more sdvanxrd lol but that wa sjust to make an example. And at one moment doing this and with good recovery in just 4 weeks I added 12 seconds in adv tuck front lever so I went from 11 to 23 sec adv tuck 😀 😉

@Atul V.k ah yes man I do that but only if I'm strong at the previous one e.g. in front lever I am already doing attempts of unbanded super adv tuck. But on planche .y tuck planche che sometimes is strong 9 sec others weak 6 sec so righ5 now on planche im just focusing on getting stronger at tuck planche che once that happens ill start incorporating banded adv tuck holds
Wht r ur thoughts on calisthenics statics?
Wht r ur thoughts on calisthenics statics? Like the popularity wise. In korea its very minor and most ppl dont know a lot abt it.

Heads up
Lol. Question bothering me i feel I dont have good neck head position. Anyone know by experience where it's best to position the head and neck like where to look and how to put the head and neck? Thanks I would love a detailed answer if possible. :)

Full planche guide
For people who are actually advanced at planche / have coached it seriously: what programming principles made the biggest difference for you beyond just “do planche progressions”? I'm more interested in the volume × intensity × frequency relationship, fatigue management, neural adaptation, specificity, and how you structure progression over months. For example, how do you decide how many hard planche sets/quality seconds to do per week, how often to train near-max intensity, and whether high-frequency submaximal exposure is actually useful? Also interested in how you handle plateaus and deloads. Looking for advice from people who have actually gotten to advanced planche levels, rather than basic exercise/progression recommendations.

What helped me was doing always 1 or 2 rir not to failure and using autoregulation in my workout

@Allan Tse I actually dont autoregulate sets unless really fatigued I do autoregulate the hold time and add band.
