Mixing Cali and Gym
I feel like it is hard to recover from weightlifting. The soreness from the chest day and back day is interfering my optimal performance on holds like front lever. How do you deal with that?

I add some gym exercises after my volume sessions but I leave them out of my intense and active recovery session
Are You Eating Enough Protein? 🥩💪
We put a lot of focus on training hard, progressing our exercises, and staying consistent. But the work you do outside of your workouts matters too. If you're training hard, which I know most of you here are, your body needs enough protein to recover, maintain/build muscle, and adapt to your training. A simple guideline to use is: 🥩 Around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day. For example: If you weigh 90 kg: 90 × 2g = 180g of protein per day. You don't have to hit the exact number perfectly every single day, but it's a great target to aim for, especially when you're training consistently and want to maximize your progress. Now I'm curious 👀 Are you currently getting around 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight every day? And if you know it, how many grams are you currently eating per day? 👇

Yeah u can and rather than only trying to increase hold time also try to focus more on improving the form (lowering hips and extending legs)

One piece of advice you wish you heard sooner?⭐️
💡 What's one piece of advice you wish you heard when you first started calisthenics? Imagine you could go back and meet yourself on your very first day of training. Knowing everything you know now... what would you say? Maybe you'd tell yourself to: ✅ Focus on consistency instead of chasing quick results. ✅ Master the basics before worrying about advanced skills. ✅ Film your sets to improve your technique. ✅ Stop comparing yourself to others. ✅ Be patient; strength takes time to build. We all make mistakes when we start, but those lessons become incredibly valuable once we've been training for a while. Whether you've been training for 3 months or 10 years, there's someone in this community who could benefit from your experience. 👇 If you could give your beginner self ONE piece of advice, what would it be? Let's fill the comments with advice that can help both beginners and experienced athletes progress faster. 💪

90 degree hold a struggle
You gus I am here again and I want to ask you what is the issue of not being able to lean enough in the 90 degree hold because it feels impossible to have the right lean in it. I would appreciate every advice and some people say it is like an easy skill what I cant approve rn. Thanks you all !!!
