Push skills
I want to learn all the push skills and I know it’s best to only focus on a small number of them at a time. Right now I’m increasing my HSPU reps to then move onto harder variations as well as training planche. One arm handstand is on my radar as well but that would probably be too much at the same time. Progress is a bit slow doing my HSPU and planche so would it be better to master HSPU combos and variations (90 degree, fingertip etc) and then practice planche or is it fine to do both at the same time. (Some advice on how oahs could fit into as well would be appreciated)

@Finn Milic straight arm and bent arm are 2 completely different skills imo

@Finn Milic yup thts y u can see a lot of ppl just spamming full planche push ups for reps but never do a hold after the push ups.
What Skill Are You Closest to Unlocking? 🔓
We’re all working toward different goals in here. For some of you, it might be your first muscle-up. For others, you might be just a few milliseconds away from a full planche, finally holding your front lever, or getting that freestanding handstand consistent. So let’s see what everyone is currently chasing: What ONE skill are you closest to unlocking right now? 👇 And even better… 🎥 If you have a recent attempt, post the video in the comments! Sometimes when you’re close to a skill, one small adjustment can be the difference between almost and actually unlocking it. Things like getting a proper rest day, a good night's sleep, small tips on form, or something similar. Let’s see your latest attempts! 💪🔥

Wht r ur thoughts on calisthenics statics?
Wht r ur thoughts on calisthenics statics? Like the popularity wise. In korea its very minor and most ppl dont know a lot abt it.

@Johanna Hertle yea if there was like a clear guide and standards in comp it would be easier for non calisthenics ppl to understand. but i dont think calisthenics will ever be a big sport. it will only be a minor sport for ppl who actually train calisthenics and like training them. i do think statics are harder but maybe im wrong cuz i never tried dynamics in my life.

@Johanna Hertle yeah minor sports have aura hahaha. And i think there r def some ppl who only do dynamics and have poor lvl in statics
Don't debate an average person
Sometimes ppl come up to me and ask how im so fit. I just tell them yeah i just train a lot. Then they ask me about my diet. I reply, i just eat whatever i want. See the fact is, no matter how detailed explanation i give them, they don't give af. Theyll just look at me weird. So if u guys get asked like this from random ppl, just dont try to reply seriously 🤣🤣. It's purely a waste of time and energy.
