Cali vs Gym
I was wondering why some caliesthenics athletes use weights and go gym , I really want to switch from gym to entirely caliesthenics it’s way more fun, insane and free to workout from anywhere but does it actually can give a physique like Daniel laizans ? I really want ppl who have nice physique and skills to answer this question , thanks 🫶🏿.

u can build an amazing physique with just gym, just calisthenics, or both together. what matters is years of consistency, hard work, good diet, sleep. ppl overestimate how much they can achieve in short term, but they underestimate how much they can achieve in long term.
Find ur sweet spot in body weight to progress faster in statics
I found out tht everybody has different sweet spots in their body weight if they want to progress faster in statics. For me it's around 62-63kg. If i go above this body weight i find it rly difficult to progress in statics.

@Lucas Torres hahaha thts totally fine. If u wanna get big, just do a very slow lean bulk for like 1-2 yrs. Muscle gain is very slow anyways.
Travel Tool Idea
Hey everyone 👋 I travel a lot and constantly struggle with bringing my full setup with me - my parallettes just about fit in my bag, but a pull-up bar never does. So I've been kicking around an idea: a tool that's the same size/footprint as parallettes, but that you can also use as a pull-up bar/rings setup - basically getting both functions out of one compact piece you can actually carry around. Would something like that be useful for you guys too? What would be the dealbreaker for you - price, weight, stability, something else? Honest opinions (even critical ones) very welcome 🙏

yeah i think its gonna be effective if u travel a lot and dont have access to pull up bars. but if i were a tourist, id just find a gym since they have all the equipments there. and id just bring parallettes with me since most of the gyms dont have good parallettes.
