Any relaxing ideas ?
1,5 month of breathholding, still searching for a relaxed position,
  • lying down on the back = feels like pressure on the chest, pulse is cronical high
  • Sitting on knees/Butt with an icecold bowl on a low tbl in front of me creates tension i arms for holding me up. Getting frustrated = Screwed
Im doing this always alone so i cant be in a pool or a bowl with water etc.
"My results is a little worse each week"
Wich feels weird. With 5 pre snake breaths Im around 2:00 - 3:30 mins holds with 1-1:30 pushing with diafragma contractions. (Uncomfortable)
Looking forward to new ideas...How do u guys get 100% relaxed ?
