Did 2 rounds of O2 table. Round 1 on 80% inhale and Round 2 on 50% inhale. Except for the last hold in Round 2, all holds were more comfortable than round 1. I could see more flat HR line in Round 2 than Round 1.

Did 2 rounds of O2 table and as shared by @Phillip de Bruyn didn't fill up lungs to maximum and the whole table was a lot easier than previous days. I was little relaxed and I had a nap in afternoon. Overall felt very good

Did CO2 table with alternate inhale and exhale holds. I have been doing only CO2 tables off late and felt I should do something else. I ended up doing an O2 table, looking to modify it further. Did this on Sunday morning but forgot to post it then.

@Phillip de Bruyn Only after I read your message I realized that I made a mistake while writing the post. All the holds were in steps, not seconds. I am so used to write time for holds I didn't realize at all. I apologize and I am editing the above post.
