As my wife and I went to the cinema this evening, I wanted something bright and inoffensive on my skin, in case the place was packed. I needn’t have worried, there was much space between the patrons. Still happy with my choice. Citrus tang that mellows into an earthy vetiver smoothness, very realistic juicy lime at the top end being the standout for me. Longevity wasn’t stellar, and projection was minimal once the top faded, but for the circumstance it was a great choice. Would cinema in this again, no notes. The film? The Devil Wears Prada 2. Much better than we were expecting from a sequel. Plenty of stylish clothing to gawk at, and a Drakkar Noir joke that made both me and my wife laugh. Recommended!

#sotd... Armani Code EDT by Giorgio Armani... This opens with a quick burst of citrus that fades fast into a Nicely done Lavender scent before closing out with a base of Tonka Bean and Cedar. The mid has a nice aromatic scent. While the dry down brings a smooth woodsiness mixing a little sweetness into it. Okay projection for a little over an hour before it starts to mellow out into a more intimate scent. Extremely office safe. Not a loud fragrance by any means. I went 5 hours before refreshing. I like the scent, just wish it performed better. But, sometimes it is better to have a fragrance with moderate longevity. I give this a 8.5 out of 10.
