Do you have a favorite fragrance?
There’s one fragrance I find myself reaching for when I don’t know what I’m in the mood to wear. And often I reach for it because it’s exactly what I want to wear. It’s super versatile, I’ve worn it in cool and warm weather, to the office and on dates, on a plane, lounging around in my pj’s on a lazy Sunday morning… if there was a fire and I could only grab one frag, it would be that one. It’s never let me down and I think it’s safe to say it’s my favorite in my collection. It’s not even super hyped but I don’t care, I just absolutely love it. Prada Luna Rossa Ocean EDT will always be in my collection. Do you have a favorite, or maybe a “first among equals” for your top spot?

L’Eau d’Issey pour Homme Vetiver
Another sample today - straight off the top, quite an obvious, lemony citrus, surprised this doesn't appear to be listed in the notes? However, that citrus does fade relatively quickly into the background, and you are left with a comparatively straightforward vetiver dry down, with a hint of clary sage in the background. The ginger is also definitely there throughout, but in no way pungent. I get the sense this fragrance would be suited to a formal and/or office environment, its very, very subtle, and doesn't appear to project much at all - so if you are in the market for something that 'announces' your presence - maybe this one wouldn't work. Not bad - but not memorable either, imho.
