Premiering Harry Potter: Magical Essence “Ambition”

Top notes: Incense and ginger.

Heart notes: Ash smoke, clove and cinnamon.

Base notes: Vetiver, leather, amber and musk.

This one opens spicy, fresh, citrusy, with accentuated burnt smokiness. As it dries down, that smokiness passes to be an undertone while the spiciness thrives to blend with a beautiful leather, woody, and incense smooth aroma. It’s compared with Loewe 7, I have it, and I get the resemblance, but it’s not the same. This is not a scent for the faint of heart. Although the opening could be sensed as challenging, the dry down is absolutely beautiful and refined, with good projection and longevity.
