Historic Olmeda Afnan

Next one up in my latest Afnan discovery set.

Interesting reading the array of comments on Fragrantica.....some of which I agree with, others, a lot less so.

I.e.

I can see where it would be a versatile, somewhat inoffensive scent - so fine for office and day to day wear
I agree it's definitely more interesting in the dry down - as the Jasmine and cedar blend nicely - compared to the very prominent somewhat linear citrus opening.

I don't detect its especially potent or long lasting - it seems fair, but nothing special by any means.
Not in agreement that its especially bitter or harsh (just - not that distinctive)

Overall, its not too bad - but frankly, nothing particularly memorable, and can't say I'd personally spring for a bottle, possibly as I have other similar(ish) scents in my collection that are either more distinctive, better blended, and/or deliver better performance.
