Ex Nihilo Blue Talisman

recently sent me a decant of Blue Talisman and it was finally warm enough and I had the right situation to try it out on Saturday evening for my Mother In Laws surprise birthday party and wow!

Blue Talisman is a very uplifting fragrance. It opens with a bergamot and ginger, immediately creating a bright and elegant aura. As it develops, you really start getting the orange blossom and musky woods. I learned by a quick google search that Ambrofix which is in the base notes is a synthetic chemical used in fragrances to mimic musk and ambergris and it’s used to add depth and longevity to fragrances. It definitely does its job here. I could still pick up whiffs of it the next morning before my shower. This is a fantastic fragrance. I didn’t even count the compliments but it was 5 or 6 so it’s very mass appealing. Blue Talisman, even at retail in my opinion, is full bottle worthy and I will add a bottle soon! My rating is a solid 9.5/10! Thanks for putting me on to this Jamal! Much appreciated!
