Be Cautious - Reminder of fakes on the rise

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to throw out a friendly reminder with XMas coming, I am seeing another wave of fakes on the rise being posted on places like eBay, Facebook, Craigslist etc. Some notable fakes that I am seeing, Tom Ford, Xerjoff and BDC. Here are some guides that I use when buying from private party

Know what you are buying. If I am meeting in person, smell the fragrance before the deal is made. secondary , meet in public, open, and busy space.
Avoid sellers who's profile is new, less than a few years, especially with very little posts.
Typically avoid brand new sealed items, ones that you cannot inspect
If deal is to good to be true, it probably is
if anything about the post, the person or whatever feels off, just "walk away"
