This week, we’re talking about effective ways (and expectations) to transition out of the honeymoon phase and into discipline; however, we all know Tuesdays are for recipes! 🍽️
Later in the week, we’re going to talk about why the weekends are often the most tempting time to eat out. While it’s okay to enjoy eating out now and then, the reality is that doing so frequently isn’t the most ideal. For starters, portion sizes are often much larger than necessary (hello Big Macs!). Secondly, you can’t control the ingredients used when eating out. Again, we’ll talk more about this toward the end of the week, as well as why changing your habits around dining out is so important when it comes to the cycle of overeating.
Since today is Recipe Tuesday, I thought I’d combine both topics and offer a recipe for a common favorite drive-thru dish—Chick-fil-A’s famous chicken nuggets! The ingredients are cleaner, and they’re air-fried, making them a healthier (but still flavorful) option when you have goals to conquer! 😍
