HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
“For last year's words belong to last year's language. And next year's words await another voice.” ~T.S. Eliot TAKING ACTION: ✅ HAPPY NEW YEAR, friends! 🎉Enjoy the day, and get ready for a brand new year—and a brand new opportunity to move closer to the person you want to become! Happy New Year, friends, and happy 2026! 🎉 I read the quote above and thought it was just perfect to share today as we officially enter into a brand new year! The way you speak to yourself is important. That is scientifically true, and if you’re a spiritual person, it’s also spiritually founded. We’ll talk more about the science behind this in the coming days, but just know the way to speak to yourself can quite literally change the trajectory of your journey. 💯 This is the year we learn how to speak to ourselves in a way that promotes real change. I believe this is the missing link for so many, yet it’s so critical if we want to be successful in this space (or any space for that matter!). As you celebrate the brand new year’s arrival today, remember… Last year’s words belong to last year’s language. This year’s words await another voice—a new, self-loving, bold, and confident voice! ❤️

@Aleiah Kennedy I think that was 2014. Five of the six siblings were there.
Todays a new start
We have a new slate, let’s write a story we will love and be proud of in 2026. I encourage you to sit and reflect on the past year. What worked ? What didn’t ? What doesn’t serve you purpose ? What were the things that almost broke you but didn’t ? Begin to reflect on these things , and write 5 things you want to see this year. Start this year with Hope and be intentional on what you want. Love y’all and thankful for all of you

Let’s do this!
Rock bottom, surviving, thriving...
TAKING ACTION: ✅ Happy New Year’s Eve, friends! Share any fun plans below, and also let me know if you need guidance on navigating a potentially late night, alcohol, etc. It’s New Year’s Eve, and we’re in the home stretch, friends! As we approach a brand new year, it’s critical that you get your mind in the right spot. Growth isn’t linear. You’re not always going to win, and when you don’t, your mindset must be strong enough to get back up. This will be important as you navigate your journey in 2026. This reminds me of another important lesson I learned long ago – 👉 There’s rock bottom, surviving, and thriving. When people hit rock bottom, they do whatever it takes to survive. They change their eating habits. They commit to working out. They balance their checkbooks. They work on their marriages. Once they feel “safe” or feel like they’re surviving, they do one detrimental thing ⬇️ They stop. They stop doing the things that take them from rock bottom to surviving; therefore, they never thrive. Friends, if you stop because you feel “good” or “safe”, you won’t ever reach your goals. You won’t ever feel like you’re thriving. In fact, you’ll fall right back down to your personal rock bottom. 💯 I encourage you today to keep going. Finish strong so that you can get one step closer to THRIVING in your health & wellness journey. This is the week to lean into this lesson. We’re gearing up for a fabulous start to the New Year—but there’s no reason you should have to start back over from rock bottom. 💯 You’ve GOT THIS! Prove to yourself that you are stronger than you think! 🔥 Need tips for navigating your nutrition tonight? ⬇️ Healthy Eating Habits for the Holidays | Northwestern Medicine

Terrific Tuesday
Put yourself first this coming year and see what you become. It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done in my life. It’s not selfish it’s necessary 💪🏼👏🏼

Tuesday Eats: Protein!
TAKING ACTION: ✅ How has your protein and fiber intake been lately? Has it been a little harder to squeeze it in with all the yummy treats? Just in case you needed a reminder (since it’s Twixmas and all)---today is Tuesday, December 30th, 2025…😉 Speaking of it being Tuesday, you know all know what that means—it’s time to talk about our nutrition and share another healthy and delicious recipe! 🎉 It’s no secret that we focus heavily on the importance of protein in this space. It’s easy to allow your protein consumption to fall to the wayside during the holiday season, as most holiday meals and treats are both carb and fat-heavy. This week, I want you to focus on getting back into the swing of things when it comes to protein. It will make next week (and the weeks/months thereafter) much easier if you go ahead and get back into a healthy routine now. 💯 Protein from animal sources can be highly beneficial. Animal sources (e.g., meat, eggs, dairy, fish) are complete proteins, providing all nine essential amino acids, which are critical for protein synthesis. ALWAYS make sure quality of meat is priority with ORGANIC chicken, GRASS-FED beef and WILD CAUGHT fish :) Protein synthesis helps repair tissues properly, fight infections, and, you guessed it—build muscle! Of course, there are other ways to meet your protein goal if you simply can’t consume enough via animal sources (or if you’re vegan/vegetarian)! In the meantime, check out this website full of recipes with 25+ grams of protein each! 50+ High Protein Dinner Ideas to Keep You Full! | The Clean Eating Couple

I’ve been dealing with a lot of autoimmune issues for years and I just recently got a bad mammogram report. So, I’ve decide it’s time to get serious!
