For the next 7 days your mission is simple:
Accumulate 100 total minutes of movement.
That is it.
Your pace. Your schedule. Your style.
If you break it down
100 minutes in 7 days is about 14 or 15 minutes per day.
Or three 5-minute breaks throughout the day.
Everything counts when you move with intention.
What counts toward your 100 minutes
Strength training
Skill practice
Handstands
Mobility or stretching
Primal movement
Walking or hiking
Hanging or grip work
Anything that builds your athleticism
Even a quick 5-minute session is a win.
How to log your minutes here
💪 Did you train today
Post your minutes.
🤸‍♂️ Did you practice a skill
Add it to your running total.
🥗 Did you stretch or treat your body well
It counts.
You can write something like
“16 minutes today. Total: 34 out of 100.”
Be specific if you want feedback.
Support others by replying, liking, and celebrating their wins.
These posts keep you accountable and also help you rack up XP and rewards inside the community.
Your actions inspire the entire group
and this challenge is the perfect way to build real, lasting consistency.
