Working on the fear of falling
Never been confident doing handstands facing walls but as I practice falling from handstands they feel a bit better. I can do a cartwheel but think there is a mental block of doing one out of a handstand! Here I was also trying to get my feet off the wall by focussing on my hands and hips rather than my legs.
