Today’s workout
Today’s workout consisted of the following:
4 Rounds:
50 star jumps
12 incline archer pushups
12 feet elevated inverted rows
8 pistol squats per leg
30 second hollow hold
3x 20 second feet elevated L-sit hold
Crow practise
I’m not super comfortable videoing myself, however I got out of my comfort zone and filmed my pistol squats for feedback.
