A few months ago I started to train for handstand and I spent like 2-3 months training every day.i got to the point where every like 5 sessions I would hold a good handstand for like 5 seconds. but I stopped training for two months because I had tests to study for and I forgot about my handstand goal, but my little sister reminded me about my handstand goal so I tried to do one after months and I held it for 7 seconds.now every time I do the handstand I hold it for at least 5 sec every session.thanks to Brandon for making me believe that it’s possible to learn it and sometimes you just need a long break to actually speed up your journey.
