Today’s workout consisted of L-sit and Crow pose. I can now do 15 seconds crow pose and 15 seconds L-sit on the floor. I think wrist strength is holding me back in both. I have to temple my fingers for L-sit to get far enough off the floor, however my legs slowly drop towards the ground. Is this related to core strength or hip flexors maybe?
I’m hoping to get paralettes soon to take the pressure off the wrists and position myself a bit higher off the ground.
