I took my rings to the gym today and was able to do L-sit pull-ups again, however I still can’t grip with my finger, which made it slightly difficult and still caused pain in my finger.
I also tried skin the cat but found that was not the best idea due to the grip required.
I’m feeling a bit frustrated at the healing process, but I haven’t received my last X-ray results back yet so I’m not even sure if the bone has healed properly yet. Hopefully I’ll find out soon so that I can get an idea of what the timeline looks like to get back into training properly.
